During the extrusion process, a blowing agent is added to the mixture, which causes the board to expand and form a cellular structure. The cellular structure gives the PVC foam board unique properties, such as lightweight, high strength, and excellent insulation. The molten mass is then extruded through a die to form a continuous PVC foam board sheet.
In this part, the PVC foam board will be cut into 1220*2440mm size, which can be modified according to customer requirements.
